Cancel My Account

If you are within your 30-day money back guarantee, we will refund the entire amount, less any set up fees or domain registration fees. If you are outside your 30-day guarantee we can cancel your account but no refund will be issued.

You have 2 options to cancel your account:

1. Login to your account and goto Client Area, select the My Hosting Packages or My Products & Services menu, choose the service you want and press View details, at the bottom of the screen you have the Request Cancellation button. You can choose to cancel your account immediately or  at the end of the billing period.

or

2. You can submit a ticket to our support department to request the cancellation of your account. You must include in your ticket the username, product to cancel, optional the reason you want to cancel and when you want your account to be canceled.

If you choose to immediately cancel your account then your account will be canceled within 24 hours. If you choose to cancel your account at the end of the billing period then your account will be canceled within 24 hours after the end of the billing period.
